PG&E Bid Opportunity: RFA for CA Statewide Third Party Energy Efficiency Program Deadline: 06/24/20

Description: In accordance with California Public Utilities Commission Decision (“D.”) 18-01-004  Addressing Third-Party Solicitation Process for Energy Efficiency Programs, PG&E is soliciting a Request for Abstract (RFA) from third-party implementers to seek a high level summary of an innovative statewide energy savings program identifying implementer’s experience and capabilities to serve the State of California facilities (SoC) locations within the investor-owned utilities (IOU) service territories.  This RFA is part of a two-stage solicitation process whereby selected Bidder under this RFA will be invited to submit a detailed assessment of their statewide SoC program viability, cost-effectiveness and regulatory compliance in a subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP). This RFA is scheduled to release on May 13, 2020. Once this RFA is released, all related RFA information will be posted on the PG&E Solicitations Website (https://www.pge.com/en_US/for-our-business-partners/purchasing-program/bid-opportunities/bid-opportunities.page?ctx=business) and available within PowerAdvocate and will include: • RFA Bid submission forms • Bidders conference registration instructions • Instructions on how to submit an abstract • RFA timeline and important dates • References to relevant regulatory decisions. PG&E will host a Bidders’ Conference via WebEx on May 21, 2020 at 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm (PPT).  Registration in PowerAdvocate is not required to attend the Bidders’ Conference.
