The Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District (District) is pleased to announce this opportunity to provide professional services in two phases for the Sierra Azul Ranger Housing Project (Project). The first phase is to conduct a structure stabilization study, which includes a complete investigation and analysis of an existing building (Building A). The investigation will identify building deficiencies and establish a basis of design to update the building. The second phase includes design development,constructionbid documents and bidding/constructionsupport for competitive bidding. Phase 2 will not be automatically authorized. Instead, Consultants shall note that the District will choose the best project delivery method for design development. This may include Design-Bid-Build services or a separate Design-Build solicitation at the end of Phase 1. Requests for additional information and specific questions related to the RFP must be addressed in writing to the District by8:00 AM on Tuesday, June 23, 2020.
