NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealedbidswill be accepted by the Contract Administrator, at 2310 North First Street, Suite 200, San Jose, CA, 95131 no later than 3:00 p.m. onJuly 2, 2020 for the Traffic Signals Installation at Justice Training Center in accordance with the Bid Documents on file for the Work in the Facilities and Fleet Department. The Work will consist of Traffic Signals Installation at Justice Training Center See Exhibit H, Scope of Work/Specifications, for details. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashiers check, or a bond in the sum of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total aggregate of the bid price. The check or bond must be made payable to The County of Santa Clara. The Contractor must possess B and C-10 Electrical Specialty Contractors License at the time the bid is submitted per Business and Professions Code 7028.15
