The City of San Luis Obispo is requesting sealed proposals for services associated with the Homeless Encampment Cleanup Services. All firms interested in receiving further correspondence regarding this Request for Proposals (RFP) will be required to complete a free registration using BidSync (https://www.bidsync.com/bidsync-app-web/vendor/register/Login.xhtml). All proposals must be received via BidSync by the Department of Finance at or before August 24, 2020, at 3 pm, when they will be opened electronically via BidSync. Proposals received after said time may not be considered. The preferred method of submission is electronically via BidSync. If you wish to send a hard copy to guard against premature opening, each proposal shall be submitted to the Department of Finance in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the proposal title, project number, proposer name, and time and date of the proposal opening. Proposals shall be submitted using the forms provided in the project package. Project packages and additional information may be obtained at the Citys BidSync website at www.BidSync.com. Please contact Dan Clancy, Purchasing Analyst with any questions. You must post all questions on BidSync, where the City will answer the questions publicly.
