14th Ron Brown Business & Economic Summit Plugging Into Technology for Small Business Success

Small Business of the Year
Northern Region Yadari Enterprises
Tara Lynn Gray, President
August 21, 2009

Yadari Enterprises is California Black Chamber of Commerce 2009 Small Business of the Year recipient for Northern California. Yadari provides professional consulting and technical services and specializes in accelerating change and improving performance for its government and private clients. Yadari Change Agents, which are multi-disciplined subject matter experts, design, implement, manage, and execute change that is both effective and sustainable.

Many times organizational change requires that software and systems be involved so it is necessary for Yadari to be experts in IT but they are not merely an IT firm. Their belief and methodology is that IT is but a tool to help you achieve the change you desire. Therefore, Yadari looks for projects where we can implement solutions that enhance your ability to: make fast and informed decisions; change dynamically with the environment in which you operate; and have mission critical information, coupled with the appropriate levels of security, at your fingertips. This is what they do.

How? They specialize in human research, studies, and surveys to facilitate the design, development, and implementation of applications, databases, software, and systems. They employ a socially scientific approach to information technology. They help bridge the knowledge gap between your employees, who do the work and understand how the organization operates, and the technology necessary to achieve your targeted change. At Yadari, they are not afraid to say and do the "hard things" that are required to improve performance.

In June 2009, Yadari was awarded a GSA Federal Supply Schedule Contract for Information Technology Professional Services. Yadari has two core disciplines, Management Consulting and Technical Services, which include the following areas of expertise:
